William is dating someone of the same sex. How does your family react? Does he tell Claire, or does he decide to break up with the man and continue with Claire? How does she react?
William confesses to Claire that he has been seeing Emmett. He says he didn't go looking for a new relationship, but one found him anyway. Claire is devastated and takes the children to spend some time with her family. While they are gone, William realizes how much he truly misses and loves Claire and the kids. He leaves Emmett, calls Claire who forgives him and they decided then to sell their house in Georgia and move somewhere to start fresh. While working on the internet, Claire finds the perfect house, their dream house, with only one problem... The house is in Ireland. She calls William, who is packing their things, to jokingly tell him about the house. His response is "Why not!" Claire, shocked, agrees as long as they can visit family each year. William, Claire, Reuben and Norah pack their things, purchase the house and head out for the great unknown, Glenderry, Ireland.
