June's mother moves in. Why and what’s her name?
After the sudden death of her husband at a relatively young age, June's mother Alice Patricia Levesque is devastasted. Alice cannot stand to live in her own empty house, and as her only child, June asks her to move in with her. After two failed marriages with cheating husbands, June is nervous about the stability of her marriage to David Varnham. So far things have been great with June and David, he loves her children and dotes on June, bringing her flowers home after work on an almost weekly basis. June wants her mother to be with her to help with the children and just in case something goes awry with this marriage. Although June loves David and wants to believe he would never cheat on her, past experience has made it almost impossible for her to trust him completely. Alice is a young grandmother, and she is able to take the children to many different places while June and David are at work in the summertime. She helps to lessen the stress of raising four children, and the whole family is very happy to have her living with them.
