[Opinions] Eido?
Pronounced 'EYE-doh'. Meaning 'beauty', it is the name of a character in Euripides' play Helen.
WDYT? Usable?

I don't think its usable. I just keep picturing an eyeball made entirely out of Play-Doh.

The meaning is lovely and it has a nice literary association. I think the name is useable however I think the name has an unpleasant sound to it. It's just not attractive to me.

Reminds me too much of Fido. Not a lot of names get the "sounds like a dog's name to me" stamp from me, but Eido pings that really hard. Array (really loves Fido, though! ...for a puppy :D)

Pronounced 'EYE-doh'? Sounds like "idle" in my poor pronunciation, sorry...http://blog.pixnet.net/swang928

All I think of is the video game company Eidos Interactive.
