Felicity lived a normal life until one day she was attacked and killed by a man when she was on the hike. However, some nearby hawks broght her back to life and gave her the ablity to fly. Now Felicity flies around the city of Seattle saving people. People know her as the Human Hawk.

Great backstory! Felicity's dbf/dh has the ability to breath underwater as well as the ability to breath air.
