It seems a bit masculine to me, though I don't care for it for either gender. It's too much a word for me, as opposed to other word names (like Grace and Hope). I also think of the band, which doesn't bring to mind a little girl. :b
ETA: I just remembered the only "Journey" I've heard of was an actress and character named Jurnee (the actress is Jurnee Smollett) on "Cosby", the show Bill Cosby had after the "Cosby Show" in the 90s. I greatly dislike the Jurnee spelling, though. Blech.
