1. I think it fits lovely with the other names.
2. I personally prefer it as a mn, but in your case it fits better as a fn.
3. Only one; she's about mid-40's
4. I love it as a mn for almost any name. It's cute and elegant as a fn on somebody else's kid, though I hate the nn Charlie.
5. IMO it should be paired with another elegant, girly name: Isabelle Charlotte, Lilia Charlotte, Charlotte Elisabeth, Charlotte Amelia, Charlotte Alexandra
