I think it's really pretty too.
But somehow, when I say it outloud, I think "barrel" which isn't really bad. Barrel is just sort of neutral. Plus there are tons of names that sound the same as other words (Grant, Mark, and I'm sure there are more), and we don't really associate the name with the word.
Lol... maybe I'm just mispronouncing it. Anyway. I agree. It's pretty and underused. I think that a little girl could pull it off.
