I like Emmeline, too. It's graceful but without being ostensibly so. The obvious Emmy is my favourite nickname for it.

I don't thik I'd use it but it's charming, unusual without being weird. I like Line or Mellie as a nn, please no Emmy or Emmie!

Emmeline is a nickname. It is a nickname for Emma. It is not fair to approve as Emmeline as a full name and not Bobby or Alex.
