I like it as a middle name. Personally I prefer Plaisance (play-ZAHNTZ) and this is my first association:

I like it well enough as a MN. Julia Pleasance sounds nice.

I was watching a British TV show some weeks ago, in which a "celebrity" traces their roots. I can't remember which celeb was featured, but I do recall that they went to a church in Suffolk, and the priest showed them the old church register - the name Pleasance was the name of at least one of the female ancestors.
I've never heard it before - except as the surname of actor Donald Pleasance.
It has a pleasant meaning (LOL) and I love Julia in combo with it. Evelyn isn't a favourite name of mine - Julia Pleasance Evelina flows better for me.

I never heard it before. It makes for a good middle name rather than first name. I like your combo!

I find Julia Pleasance Evelyn slightly awkward, but it is Evelyn that makes it so, imo. Julia Pleasance would make my day. Evelyn is pretty, though, and the flow isn't that bad.
