I really like it.
It's my Great Uncle's (brother of my maternal grandmother) name so good association for me. He goes by Reggie/Reg.
I like Reginald William.
The upper-class Englishman etc image amuses me. I'd like to counter that with down-to-earth, working-class Yorkshire man :)
