Aviva Keziah is lovely. It's a bit repetitive (two a endings) but I think it flows well. I also like Aviva Rebecca, Aviva Fay, Aviva Noelle, Aviva Noelia, Aviva Michal, Aviva Rosaline and Aviva Melisande.

Martha Rebecca, Martha Caroline, Martha Joanna, Martha Elise, Martha Evangeline, Martha Rose.
