I agree with the other users that Lucy and Perla are just too dissimilar to be together. Lucy and Pearl or Lucia and Perla would be lovely.

Lucy and Pearl would be cute, but Perla seems to out of place with Lucy.

It's refreshing to see no theme intended for this sibset but I almost think the names are too dissimilar in style to sound right for twins.
Lucy is English whereas Pearla is Italian/Spanish and just doesn't sound quite right. I think Lucia and Pearla or (even better) Lucy and Pearl would sound best for twins.
