I'm actually considering Eve and Eden. It's a possibility. I like both of the names very much, so it's not like I purposely thought, oh they would be so adorable as a set even if I didn't like the names that much alone. But I really love both names. WDYT? Is it awful that I'd consider this?ETA: Oh and Evie and Edie would be their occasionally nicknames...that's bad isn't it?

I don't think its awful, I really like Eve not so much Eden but its not bad. Evie and Edie sound too similar though.

Beppo and Eppie made me laugh out loud ;)If I ever had boy/girl twins, I always thought it would be silly to nickname them Pebbles and Bam Bam. I know, dorky, right?I also would secretely love to have Tangerine (g) and Huckleberry (b).

I would say Harper and Parker (G/B)

My names are Aaron Jedidiah and Aubrey Joyanna. I actually might use them, but so far i haven't and they are awfully close=)

How in the world do you spell those names? No offense, but I really don't like them. Please don't use them=)

GP means guilty pleasure, i.e. names you like but would never actually use.

Uh, definitely a GP there ... :)I don't have any off the top of my head, but I do have some overall that I wouldn't do. Like I love both Elliot and Elisabeth but I think it'd be too much El in a sibset. My biggest dorky set is for horses, actually. My boyfriend's horse is Harold NN Harry. (It's actually Harold something something something IV or whatever, but you get what I mean.) Right now I ride one of their older horses, but when I'm done with school and Liberty eventually gets "put out to pasture" I will get my own and I have thought about naming him Larabee (after Chris Larabee of the Magnificent Seven which is my favorite western TV show), but then, we'd have Harry and Larry. So maybe not! :P And I don't think I could have a Larry after a Libby. Larabee and Liberty would be too close.

I rather like Lucrezia and Letizia together. Luci and Leti. I don't know if they're odd enough to be considered a GP, but I don't know that I'd use them simply because they're too similar.

Hero and Era for girls. I'd love that, but I don't think I'll ever really use Hero (especially as a FN).Lovisa and Godiva for girls. I love the sound of them, but I won't use Godiva, because it looks like a combination of God (and I'm not even religious) and Diva (which I kinda associate with drag queens..), and Lovisa looks like "love is a". Well then the whole thing would be: Love is a God diva...Ruslan and Roman for boys. I would really love this, but Rusland is the Dutch word for Russia, so it looks like I'd be naming my kid Russia. Roman is the Dutch word for novel (the type of book). I think that people may mispronounce it because of that (the book is ro-MAHN, not RO-mahn). Thierry and Didier for boys. It would be nice, but I'd leave that up to a French person to do that. I think the names would be mispronounced so often it would drive me (and the boys) mad.

Those are adorable. My twin GPs are Gwendolen and Cecily, and Abigail and Martha.

Now, why would those be GPs? Mashka wonders. Those are really fabtastic. I adore the Martha usage. I should push for Abigail Elizabeth and Martha Dolley combos. ;)

They're GPs because even though I like them purely aesthetically, I like them as sets because of characters in things I love. Gwendolen and Cecily are Importance of Being Ernest and Travesties (written by two of my three favourite playwrights, Wilde and Stoppard). Abigail and Martha references Abigail Adams and Martha Jefferson in the musical 1776.I'd use them together without guilt, but not as twins because it would be too much of a reference for me, I have to admit I find the idea of them together so incredibly cute though, and I usually hate matches of any kind.Martha Dolley is an absolutely darling name, and Abigail Elizabeth is beautiful and classic.

Wow! That's pretty bad...(

I like Giuseppe. Hepzibah sounds too biblical for my taste. Biblical names aren't my thing.
