Flora was my grandmother's name, so it still feels very old-fashioned to me. However, it has grown on me lately, and it is very feminine and classic. Lia is lovely, and can also be used as a nickname for many names. My niece is called Leah, but I have always preferred Lia. They both sound Italian to me, but I don't think they go together for some reason.
