I love Spanish names personally, but I agree with Integrity. Only their pronunciations seem particularly Hispanic. I love the name Eliza (prn. E-LYE-ZA). I would spell it as Elisa for the prn. EH-LEE-SA. I would spell EH-LAY-NA as Elena since it would be pronounced pretty much the same way in Spanish and I immediately see Helena as HEL-EN-A. Just my thoughts :-)

Of course, I don't live in a Spanish speaking part of the country (or in a Spanish speaking country), so my views may be very different from others'.
