Sapphire was raised in a very traditional magical family. The Stavros family is one of the oldest pureblood in Europe. Her father Selwyn Stavros worked as an ambassador for the British Ministry of Magic in Slovenia for many years. Her younger brother Sirius, and sister Satin were born there. She attended the Slovenian Academy for Sorcery Excellence until she was 14, when her family moved back to England. Then she started attending Hogwarts, where she was placed in Slytherin. She's always been an excellent student and she now works at the Ministry of Magic herself.
Is it possible for her SO to be half some Magical creature, such as a werewolf, a dragon, or a vampire (even though vampires aren't that interesting in HP...) If not, maybe he could be an Animagus... ;)
