They're both nice, but I especially like Emrys. Great name. I had a Great-great(-great?) Uncle named John Emrys.

I love Emrys, the Welsh form of Ambrose. But I worry that some people will assume it's a girl's name, not a boy's. I'd hate to see it "turn."

I need more information about Maelys. It looks intriguing.

It's pretty popular in France, in the top fifty. I think it's pronounced 'mah-ay-lees'.
