Help[Opinions] Poor kids + proposition for a new law

The name for kids to legally change their own names should be lowered to about 6, because by then I expect them to have more sense than their parents obviously had.
I like: Hero (as a MN only though) and uhm... uhm.. yeah, that's about it.
Spartacus wouldn't have been that bad either, but they didn't even manage to spell it correctly :/
