It's not the boy-ness of it so much as the pedestrianness of "parking." A "parker" is an anonymous average Joe, in older slang. Plus I have a sound association with "perky," which fits right in with the "spunky boyish" impression... I dunno. It's decent, but I sure as heck would not want to be a young woman introducing myself to everyone as "Parker." YMMV.
