[Opinions] Hayley
Yeah I have to admit, I like the name Hayley for a girl. It makes me think of Hayley Mills. I dislike all the alternate spellings, though. I also think it's weird how Hayley never made the top 100 but Hailey/Haley did. I've also seen it spelled Haylee and Hailie. WDYT ? Do you know many girls named Hayley ? Which spelling do you see most ? Which is your favorite spelling and which spelling do you dislike ?

I like the name Hayley and it's always been pretty consistently used here in Australia. Hayley is definitely the most common spelling and it's my fave. Even though the name is popular, I don't know anyone with the name!

I like Hayley. Ella has one in her class, with a little brother and sister named Thomas and Tara. I also know one other adult Hayley, and thats it. Hayley was one of the names they were considering for Olivia.I only like the Hayley spelling. The others all look wrong to me, especially Halley, Haley, Hallee etc, which I don't pronounce as Hay-lee but as Hah-lee, so it's a different name to me. For this prn. I love Hallie spelt this way, I know a little one with a sister named Tara, lol. Hayley and Tara, Hallie and Tara.

I've known very few. Where I live, there aren't many teenage Hayleys/Haileys; most of them are under five.

I like Haley the best. I know a girl my age named Haley and she was named after her grandmother, and she is the only one I know.

I have a cousin named Hayley, spelled like that. I don't know which spelling I prefer. I'm not that fond of the name. It's pretty but light-weight to me. It doesn't feel like is has layers to it, but then I haven't researched it much.

Hayley is the best spelling and the only one I've ever seen (I live in the UK) but I don't really like the name. I have known three girls with the name and none of them were very bright. It's a name that I wouldn't find out of place on a council estate. Having said that, there are plenty of worse names out there and as long as it's spelt ok I can tolerate it.S xx

I only know a couple girls named Hayley or alternative spellings. I really like Haley and Hayley.

I don't mind it, but it's not a favourite. In the UK, Hayley is by far the most popular spelling, and the others aren't used much at all. The others just look slightly strange to me.

I think I may know one Hayley... but 3-4 Hailey's. I think Hailey is the most common spelling. I also know about 4 Kailey's, and all of the Hailey's and Kailey's I know are under the age of 5. I don't really like any spelling because I just don't like the name at all... sorry.
