I prefer it to Cecilia (I knew a woman with awful body odour with that name). HOwever, I also know a Celia and as wonderful as she is, she has the driest sense of humour and used to roll her own cigarettes. So it isn't a particularly feminine name to me. Although I do still like it.
I prefer Cecily, I think.
