If I loved a name enough, then sure, I'd go right ahead and use it.
I love a fair amount of unusual names, so those who know me well enough would know that it's just my style and those who don't and are quick to judge...well, that's not really my problem. There'll always be someone who will have something to say about my baby's names, anwyay.
Meeting a baby Harlow, Sunday or Shiloh, sure, I'd associate the name with the celebrity child, just the same as I'd associate Addison with Grey's Anatomy, or Jane with Ms.Austen. I don't see the drama.
As a side-note, I love Sunday, and Shiloh and Harlow are up there but not quite favourites..yet. And I don't see what the fuss is over Apple. It's not *that* bad.
