Help[Surname] Re: Update on "Omcikuz" and "Omcikus"?

A search round the dictionaries produces no instance of this word in Albanian, Turkish or Serbo-Croat. The nearest I can find is Omca (pronounced omcha)in Serbo-Croat meaning "noose" or "bow".
