Ever wake up with a name stuck in your head? I can't shake Myrope today! And what's really bad is I've never heard the proper pronunciation so I don't even know if I am currently obsessing over a mispronounced name. So, wdyto Myrope and how would you pronounce it?
Myrope was a martyred Saint, it is a name (or was) despite not being in the BtN database. :)

I wonder if it is a form of Merope.
I personally would pronounce it Mer oh pee but am really hopeless at fathoming pronounciations

In English it is more than likely pronounced mie-ROH-pee. I can't for the life of me find anything with the Greek text, but I am taking an educated guess by saying it would be mee-ROH-pee in Modern Greek.

I would pronounce it 'mie-ROW-pee', but it looks exactly like 'my rope'.
