[Opinions] Jennifer Vs. Geneva?
Which name do you prefer? Jennifer is dated to the 70's and 80's, so Geneva sounds more attractive.I'll be utilizing Geneva for a Chinese character in my story. WDYT and any suggesions or combos? I've thought of Geneva Violet.

Definitely Geneva. Would go well with some 1 syllable names... except for Jean.

Geneva Violet is gorgeous...please use this instead of Jennifer (which is an attractive name, too, in its own right).

I'm going to be honest here and say I prefer Jennifer. Geneva sounds odd to me; all I think of is the Geneva Convention.

I'm not typically into place names, but Geneva is pretty. I've been seeing it around lately though. Two or three BAs in my area recently. I must admit, I was surprised. But maybe it's going to become more popular?

WDYTO Ginevra Violet?
I would vote Geneva over Jennifer.

If Jennifer hadn't exploded in the 70's, I might be able to give the name a fair shake. But like everyone else, I'm so sick of it. Geneva seems much fresher.

I prefer Geneva by far! Jennifer is very dated, and I don't like the sound of it.

Like the city. Click on Geneva, it has the pronunciation. Also, post your replies under the main thread. I've noticed you sometimes post your reply to the original thread under another reply, making it look like you're replying to something else. If you do it on accident (I've done it before), just edit it to say wrong spot or something and then repost in the right spot.
