Very pretty, I love Adeline. I only like ad-eh-lyn and ad-eh-line, though, not a fan of ad-eh-leen.

"add a line." (m to OP)to OP: I really love it, but I would be surprised if it didn't become ultra-popular soon. With all the Madelines, Addisons, and Madisons, it's only a matter of time until it's top 10 material, I think.

-leenAdd a line is cute and I can't stand addalyn. but I think -leen is so sweet! Aww Adeline!

"AD-uh-leen"..I think it sounds prettier.
It's ok, not generally my style, but there's nothing especially wrong with it.

AH-da-line, sometimes -leen when I'm tired.I think it's a nice enough name, but somewhat plain. And if it's for a character for you, miz MermaidLover, it's quite nice. Just the right amount of understated-ness, I think.

Sweet AdelineThe barbershop quartet standard, "Sweet Adeline" is what I invariably think of. But that's a plus. Adeline is nostalgic and, well, sweet. :-) Love it.

I really love it. My current combo is Adeline Rose (Rose honors my grandma.) I pronounce it AH-dah-leen / AH-duh-leen.

O!You may be saying it like I am saying Ottoline! How I love Ottoline! There is also Audeline which is similar. It is probably more the pronounciation you are looking for? Would your prn lend itself to the nickname Addie?
