[Opinions] Fisher
So my husband really likes the name Fisher. I told him I thought it was okay, I'm not in love with it- but I can see why he likes it. My hubby is a very outdoorsy guy, he liked the name Hunter, but it is so popular and overused...So anyway do you like Fisher?
Which spelling is better Fisher or Fischer?
WDYT the combo: Fisher LawrenceAny other MN suggestions? Any other outdoors/sportsman names that you can think of?Thanks
H

Sorry, but I think it's really horrible. "Fish" just isn't a very good thing to have in a name. But if you must use it, I'd use Fisher. Fischer is German and, well, we never use surnames as first names, so at least Fisher works.

I am not very fond of er names but Hunter and Fisher are the best of them. Much better than Asher, a pet peeve I guess.
