well... I'd guess Ayla... I know an Eila... all depends how you choose to pronounce it though...
However, there is NO such word as pronounciation... It's proNUNciation... and is pronounced accordingly... 1 of the quirks of the En. language and the word is frequently mis-pronounced leading to mispellings by various people also.
