1. What do you think of Kira? It's cute.
2. Do you think it's too trendy and will sound dated in a few years? Is it one of those names that isn't really popular but feels so trendy because it's close to popular names such as Kayla? I think so, yes.
3. Will people mispronounce it as KY-ra all the time? How would you pronounce it? I think it is one of those name you have to tell people up front, which way you want it said. I would have pronounced it KEAR rah.
4. How would you spell it if you wanted it pronounced the way I do, KEE-ra? Keera... still it will get mispronounced. Keyra is phonetically straight forward, but not as cute.
5. Do you know anyone named KEE-ra? How do they spell it? How old are they and do you happen to know their middle names? No, I know a Kira pronounced KEAR ah.
