Lately... Snow, Winter, Wren, etc. have seriously been growing on me. I'm starting to like them a lot as middle names. Probably a GP thing, but still. The fact that it's a family surname makes it better for you!
Here are my suggestions:

I really like Julia Snow and Cornelia Snow. Olivia Snow and Isabel Snow are lovely as well.

wow :) yeah they are lovely. I can never decide between Emmeline Pearl and Emmeline Snow, though.

I prefer Snow to Pearl... Pearl seems so much frumpier to me, but it's probably one of those names that's going to come back with its old-fashioned cousins Ada and Charlotte.
