Never heard it 'til just now. Don't think I'd use it... Makes me think of that Tallulah does the hula thing that was mentioned in some other posts. Definitely nicknamey.
While, not a fan of Lola, it's preferable.

I prefer Lola. Lula is okay as a NN for Tallulah, but too cutesy as a full name. I haven't heard this name lately, so I don't imagine that it will increase in popularity anytime soon.

It's cute as a nn, but I find it childish as a full name. Plus it reminds me of the Brazilian prime minister!

I don't like Lula really, I think it just sounds like someone saying Lola with a cold or something. I definately prefer Lola or even Lila :)

It's far too cutesy for my taste.
