I like the name and prefer the spelling Roxanna. I just prefer two n's to one. I like Roxanne better than Roxanna, but both are pretty.

I actually prefer Ruxandra. Roxana is nice too though, and I love the nickname Roxie / Roxy : )

I prefer spelling Roxana, because it's more authentic.I like the name very much, although I have to admit it reminds me of the song Roxanne and her profession
