Help[Opinions] Sorcha
WDYTO it? And more importantly how do ~you~ personally pronounce it? I've always wondered what the real correct pronounciation is, and I have checked the comments for it and a lot of people claim they know it. I myself have always pronounced it SOR-sha, but I know that is likely wrong.

Lawksamussy...in my year at school we have something like 18 Sorchas, and they all pronounce it different ways! I've heard SOR-sha, SOR-kah, SOOR-kah, SOOR-sha, SOR-cha... The one that crops up most is SOR-sha, I've found, but I think it's meant to be SOR-kah.

I tend to pronounce it SOR-kha, but I belive the correct Pronunciation is SOR-uh-kha which I find a bit more cumbersome unfortunately. I know it's hard for others to pronounce the kh sound so I don't mind SOR-sha too much, especially since it's better than SOR-ka. I do like the meaning.

I think it's really pretty. I pronounce it SOR-kha.
