Love it, but in the States it'll be pronounced Eva and she'll constantly be correcting people. If you're in Italy, though, it shouldn't be a problem, should it? My little bit of Italian tells me that "i" makes the "ee" sound, and "e" makes an "eh" sound...?

I think it's a lovely name. I don't even think it's overused in the U.S.
