I love Mattea, spelled thusly. The other spellings look strange to me.

Mattea Caroline, Mattea Charlotte, Mattea Elinor, and Hannah Mattea are all gorgeous.

One of my favorites! I wonder why it's not included in the database. I've met people with this name, so it's not completely unheard of.

I think Mattea is the prettier spelling.

I like Mattea Juliane, Mattea Charlotte, Paula Mattea and Hannah Mattea.

For siblings, I think Theresa, Carlotta, and Paulina sound good. As well as Constantin, Linus, Leonard, and Valentin.
