Help[Opinions] Bonjour or Buongiorno?
I've suggested these names for my mother; we're getting a puppy sometime in the Spring and I was surprised to hear her reject them, along with "Hola", "Arrivederci", "Sayonara", "Gracias", "Auf-Wiedersehen", "Pourquoi", "Quoi", "Qué", "Aloha", "Danke", "Mahalo", "Por-favor", "Ohayō", and the like. She even rejected "Hello"!

Get the picture, like, duh.
Hey, try a few more languages. Are you STILL going to be surprised when they're rejected?
Try ANOTHER word or phrase. Preferably not a greeting. It's a name. How would you feel if your mother had named you "Goodmorning?"

Aside from the fact that many of those foreign words are awfully long to use as names...
