Lily
Definitely Lily. I love Lily. It's the name of a beautiful flower, the symbol of purity, a sweet name, very feminine and classy. I just think it's very pretty and close to perfect. Pretty much the perfect name except for its popularity. I love it so much that I chose it as my user name.
Emma on the other hand I find extremely unappealing. I never understood its popularity. It's just so ugly. It makes me think of an overweight farm girl, standing in the mud surrounded by pigs, her hair in pigtails, she has red cheeks, gaps between her teeth and chocolate all over her face. I like how it's a classic and has been used in literature but that's the only good thing about it.

Emma definately
Emma. Way more mature-sounding, imo. But Lily IS nice too.
Definitely Emma.
Neither appeals... they're both overdone.
YAWN... Lily.
They both have their attributes. I really like both names, but don't like how popular they are. If I had to choose, I think I would pick Lily, but only just.
Lily
Emma :)
Lily.
Emma as a full name, Lily as a nickname.
Lily
Neither
They're both overused and boring.
