I don't think that just because others don't like a name you love it should be a GP. Look at all those celebrities with their "different" baby names.
Constantina is not unusable, but it's definitely not something I would use. I also don't like the nickname Tina.
I think Constantina Isobel, Lucy and Margaret sound nice.
