Some Suggestions (I’ve been away for awhile, so I don’t know if you’ve done these or not. They are really fun, though):
Indian Wedding
Hippy Wedding
Green/Eco-Friendly Wedding
Rich Wedding
Budget-Conscious Wedding
You can also do colour wedding (so, for instance, everyone & everything in the wedding must have a bit of the same colour)
And, you can always do repeats of what you’ve already done. I don’t think anyone will complain!

I like the idea for the Budget-Conscious Wedding but might not do that as it will take more research. the colours could keep it going for ages so I will do some of those.
