I wouldn't say that I admire any. Many Italian feminine names end in -etta and I have a hard time liking them.
Out of your suggestions I like these:
Agnese
Cosima
Dorotea
Floriana
Ottavia
Patrizia
Silvana
Silvia
Violetta

I also like Giada, Fiammetta and Francesca

Actually, only a few Italian names end in -etta, and they tend to be quite uncommon for younger peope anyway. I dislike -etta names too (with the exception of Fiammetta!).
