I never found the story terribly tragic.
Calypso / Kalypso has a very breezy, beachy feeling to it, probably because of the island that she's associated with in the mythology. It's a refreshing feeling; I like it.
Calliope / Kalliope is probably my least favorite of your choices, simply because I don't like the way the syllables flow together. It's a mouthful, and it's just not entirely pleasing for me to say.
Kallisto / Callisto I like better, though not as much as Calypso / Kalypso. I'm not really sure of the why on that one.
