[Opinions] Re: Ava
in reply to a message by Lily8
I only know one Ava, I think it's a nice name but a little boring, and I don't like how people consider it "trendy" and that it has only become a name in recent years. Ava Gardner, anyone? A classic beauty. Ava is a not a "new" name.

Actually, no (m) +http://www.babynamewizard.com/archives/2006/10/antique-or-forgeryhttp://www.behindthename.com/top/search.php?extra=p&terms=ava&submit=GoETA, because I didn't answer the original post.I don't like Ava, very celeb-trendy. I don't like Aviva either, it's like you are trying to dress Ava up and make her not seem trendy.Adelaida NN Ada is a nice option though.

Ava is "clasically trendy"... like Grace. Sure, it's been around for a while, but honestly- were there a plethora of them in the seventies and eighties? Not really. Same could have been said for Jessica and Amanda twenty years ago.
