[Opinions] Kitty and Hattie
I know 2 little girls called Kitty (brothers are Finlay and Elliot) and Hattie (sister Annabel). Wdyt of their names? I think they're quite cute, especially the sibset Annabel and Hattie but they're very nicknamey and I'm not sure I could see a grown woman called Kitty.

Hattie and Kitty are very turn of the century (the last one!). They're okay, old-fashioned and sweet, but nicknamey.

Kitty is very nickname-y on its own, but I CAN see it as a nn for Katherine. But I would be too worried about a Kitty (nn or not) being teased. Hattie is adorable, and I can see it on its own more than I can a Kitty, but I prefer it as a nn for Harriet.

Adorable nicknames.

Adorable! I like Hattie as a NN for Harriet, which another wonderful name. I think Kitty would age well. I can see an elegant young and older woman NNed Kitty.

I like Kitty and Hattie. I prefer Kitty as a nn for something like Katherine or Kathleen, but Hattie is fine on it's own or as a nn for Harriet. I sometimes it as a nn for Aphrodite, but that's a long story.-Seda*

Kitty is definately nms.. but I love her brother's names! Hattie is better than Kitty but it is still nms.. but Annabel is beautiful!"Don't make someone a priority, who only makes you an option."

Kitty is a sweet nn, but not a name in its own right. She'd need Katherine / Katrina etc. as an option.Hettie is an adorable nn for Henrietta / Harriet. Annabel is another winner. You must live in the UK. I don't expect to see a little Hettie here in the US for some time. Am I wrong?

You're right, I am in the UK. Unfortunately Kitty is the full name, I'm not sure about Hattie but I think that's the full name as well.

I love the name Hattie. But, to my dismay, my girlfriend's cat is named Hattie, and the ruins the sibset. However, seprately I love them.
