[Opinions] Bracken?
WDYTO Bracken as a girls' name? I couldn't find it in the database, but I've heard it used on a few TV shows, etc. I like it because of the nature connotation. Can you think of any combos or sibsets?TIA!

I love it for a character but not as excited about using it on a real person.

I dislike it, it reminds me of a cussword (or a cussword replacement...Fricken, Fracken...Bracken).

personally i think it sounds kind of ugly. reminds me of brackish (as in briny and unpleasant) water. either that or Brak, the kind of freakish looking alien character from the Space Ghost cartoons.

I honestly can't picture it as a name period, the look and sound is unattractive. But IF I had to choose, I'd say it's without a doubt masculine. Using it for a girl makes it 100 times worse.

I can't think of a more unattractive sound for a girl than Bracken. It makes me think of brackish water (semi-salty), also called Brack water. Sorry, but this one eludes me.

Ditto!Right after Breckin (or it may actually come before that one), I think it's the ugliest name I could think of.
