I love Polish names.
Antonina Urszula wins it but the orther names are equally beautiful but don't fit together imo.

I like Kasia but would you pronounce it as Kah-sha or as Kah-see-ah? If the later, it works with Tekla but the first sounds sing-songy.

Ursula is one of my all time favorite names. Antonina is charming. So Antonina Urszula easily gets my vote.
