[Opinions] Celebrity baby
It’s a girl for Whitley Kros designer Sophia Coloma! Coco London Coloma arrived on Wednesday, February 18th at 3:10 p.m., weighing in at 8 lbs. and 20 3/4 inches long. Coco is the first child for Sophia and husband Marcus.
Blah, I was really hoping that the whole Coco craze was dying down:-( And Coco Coloma!?!?
And don’t even get me started on London on a girl!

hmmmm I think Coco is kind of cute. London is okay. The combo sounds really tacky, though.

Coco is cute! I don't like London though

Coco is cute as a nn, but really horrible as a fn. For some reason, I'm fine with London.

Oh, good god. Coco London is horribly trendy, it sounds so cutesy and pageant-y. It sounds like they want their little girl to be a lover of designer and fashion. Well, the mother is a designer, after all!

Coco London? Wow. That's terrible.I wish celebrities would realize Coco is a cute nickname, but it is NOT practical as a full given first name. I blame Courtney Cox-Arquette for this one. Also, London just isn't a girls' name. You won't find anyone willing to experiment with unisex names as much as I do, but London sounds strictly masculine to me. Paris is feminine, but Coco Paris would have been worse.

At least Courtney has the excuse (not a good one, but still) of using her own name as the inspiration COurtney COx=COCO.

It's bad. Coco is not even a real name it's a nickname for Courtney

I have a feeling that celebrities are thinking of Coco Chanel when they choose Coco.
