[Opinions] Elle
This has really been growing on me. I love how it's so simple, yet pretty. I know it's a French word, but even though I speak French I don't really mind. I pronounce it like the letter L. Do you like it? What does it make you think of? Do you know anybody with the name?Oh and do you think it'll get common or will people stick to Ella?

I kind of like it, as a middle name. It's a little too bland (simple maybe a better word) for me as a first name.

I really like how simple it is compared to Ella. I'd use it.

Elle is pretty, I like it, but only as a nn. I don't know anybody with the name, and to be honest I don't really think of anyone straight away. Though, it reminds me of Elle Woods (Legally Blonde), but it's not a strong association for me. I think it might get popular. I personally like it as a nn for these names, just in case you wanted to know-Roselle -My favorite.

I think it is pretty also, however it reminds me of the magazine "Elle" a bit too much. I'd prefer to use a longer name with elle in it, so that the child would have something to fall back on..It could get common.

Lol! When I read the line -the magazine "Elle"- I misread it as the amazing "Elle".

You normaly get called a name with the name Elle in it, it is not usually on it's own as a name. I think it could because quite popular. I used to know a girl called Ella and lots of people called her Elle for short.
