I don't like it as a name. If someone was a mad fan of Bob Marley, then it would make more sense to use it at least. But hopefully as a middle name.
It mostly makes me think of Jacob Marley from A Christmas Carol. It also makes me think of Bob Marley. I'm pretty sure there never was a Marley and Me craze, so I don't think that's an issue.
