I like Loretta. It has a nice, dated feel that I appreciate, and a beatles song ("Loretta was a man who thought she was a woman, but she's just another man..." ^-^ ).

Loretta Joy - It works, but its nms
Loretta Brogan (family surname) - I don't like this one much. Brogan is rather harsh. I appreciate the contrast, though.
Loretta Sapphire - I kinda like it, even though sapphire is nms
