This year has been hard on Kitty. She is smart, but not very pretty. Jessie is rather pretty, but Jenevieve meets all social standards of beauty. We all know who is going to be the belle of the family. Kitty's two best friends are her sister Jessie and Martin Winters. Jeremy still thinks girls are strange. Shannon is having a hard time dealing with her cildren growing up, so her especial joy is Mckinley, who brings her flowers every day.
